Onboarding: What to Expect

Welcome to Vibe! Here’s a quick guide to help you settle in and start sharing content that connects, informs, and engages your team.

Accessing Vibe

Here are the ways that you can login to your Vibe portal or Admin Console:

1. Vibe-Managed Login: 
   
1. Once your details have been added to the Vibe User Manager, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Ready. Set. Vibe!”.
   
2. Check your inbox (or spam folder) and follow the steps to create your account.
   
3. After logging in, you’ll have the option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
   
2. Single Sign-On (SSO): If your organisation uses Single Sign-On, you can log in using your regular work credentials.

Your First Steps

Once you're logged in, here’s what to do first:

1. Take a guided tour of the Vibe portal
   
2. Explore the ready-to-use dynamic templates
   
3. Get started with creating and managing slides by following the Getting Started series. Choose the version that matches your plan - Lite, Pro or Enterprise.
4. Create or update your playlists to start publishing content to your screens

Work Smarter – From Anywhere

Need to update content on the go? Access Vibe from your mobile browser or download the Vibe.fyi iOS app. Then log in with your Vibe credentials and start sharing updates from wherever you are.
