Data (Comparisons)

Effortlessly compare key metrics for clear insights.

The Data (Comparison) template makes it easy to compare key metrics such as NPS scores, revenue, and costs, providing a clear view of trends over time. By allowing comparisons with data from up to three weeks back, it helps your workforce stay informed. Whether it’s tracking performance across weeks or locations, this tool provides simple, visual insights to keep your team motivated.


Content Source

Once you have created your slide using the Data (Comparisons) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown

  2. Add your data dial   
    1. Click [Add Content] to input your data using these fields in the content editor: 

    2. Click [Save]
    3. Repeat steps to add more data dials
  3. When you're ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.

File Upload (XLSX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Download the Data (Comparisons) data template

  3. Use the saved data template (XLSX file) to add your dial data

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you're ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.

Google Sheets

Follow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with Google Sheets seamlessly.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataDialComparisons.xlsx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataDialComparisons.xlsx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your dial data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

SharePoint (XLSX)

Follow the prerequisite steps to set up your integration and get started with using SharePoint Folders to store your Excel files.
  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataDialComparisons.xlsx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_DataDialComparisons.xlsx to your connected SharePoint folder and add your dial data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

Supported Data Formats

Use this information as a guide for managing your dial data:

Numeric value only - Use these fields to set the data range.
e.g., if your rate is 0-100, enter 0 in the Min field and 100 in the Max field.
Current ValueNumeric value only. Enter the current data metric for your dataset.
Value PrefixOptional - Supports alphanumeric and common symbols ($, etc)
e.g., enter $ to show the current value as a currency
Value SuffixOptional - Supports alphanumeric and common symbols ($, etc)
e.g., enter KM to show the current value as mileage
First, Second, Third Compare LabelOptional - Open text format. Use one or more of these fields to set the label for your comparison data. e.g., Last Week, Last Month, Last Year
First, Second, Third Compare ValueOptional - Numeric value only. Use one or more of these fields to show the comparison data.

Design

  1. Shape 1 - Adjust the dial's colour to align with your theme or brand by using the Shape 1 color picker. 


  2. Shape 2 - Customise the color of each arc inside the dials using the built-in color picker. Create a vibrant 'rainbow' effect, a uniform look with matching colours, or align with your brand using preloaded themes, the colour picker, or hex codes.


  3. Dial Pointer Choose from a variety of preset pointer options, including Bookmark, Cross, Diamond, Hammer, Needle, Sketch, and Wedge. Choose a pointer that enhances clarity and engagement in your presentation.
