Vibe shows the Date Time Overlay based on the time zone of each device. When you’re previewing slides (including using the 'Preview As' dropdown), you’ll see the date/time in your own local time zone — it won’t switch to another screen’s time zone. As long as each screen’s time zone is set correctly in its system settings, everything will show up at the right time, wherever it is in the world.
Coordinating Employees Around a Company‑Wide Events Week
A growing tech company uses Date List on their office and breakroom displays to keep every team member aligned across multiple locations. With a packed week of events—training sessions, partner appreciation, and sustainability milestones—HR and Communications need staff to know exactly when each event starts and how it fits into their day.
Using Date List, they publish a clean, date-and-time focused timeline to all digital signage. Each entry appears in a consistent, easy-to-scan format: date, time, event title, and a one-sentence descriptor. The list is automatically sorted by date and time, and a bolded title line draws attention to the items.
You can include a concise status in the event summary at the end of each entry (for example: On Track, Delayed, or RSVP Needed).
