Building Your Vibe Team

The right team makes all the difference in creating an engaging Vibe channel. From tech support to content creation, each role is key to making your channel dynamic. If you need extra help, our Vibe Support plans and Vibe Assist services can get you started while you find your team.

Roles & Responsibilites

IT/Hardware Support

When it comes to keeping things running smoothly, your hardware support team is your go-to. They’ll handle installation, monitor device health, and troubleshoot any connectivity issues. This role ensures your Vibe channel stays live and in top form.

Marketing / Graphics Team

These are your brand champions! The graphics team will make sure your content aligns with brand guidelines while keeping the visual experience cohesive. When briefing them, remember to:
  1. Show them the Vibe template library so they can provide assets and empower the internal comms team.
  2. Let them know the screen orientation, resolution, and image formats for that perfect look.
They should also upload royalty-free stock imagery to your image manager to ensure that your content creators stay onbrand and have plenty of assets available to create stunning content.

Vibe Channel Manager

The Vibe Channel Manager or team is the glue that holds everything together. They’ll:
  1. Manage your content calendar
  2. Ensure that playlists  stay fresh
  3. Oversee day-to-day operation of the channel, making sure everything aligns with your communication objectives
  4. Keep content dynamic to ensure your audience is engaged and informed

Social Media Strategist

Want to engage your audience with hashtags or pull in social media content? Your social media expert will help you connect your social media platforms to Vibe so that content can be automatically updated and shared with your audience.
