Image (Multi)

Whether you're sharing memorable moments or highlighting key messages, this template adds an engaging and sophisticated touch to your content in portrait, landscape, or square formats.

Content source

Once you have created your slide using the Image (Multi) template, choose a content source to start adding your content:

Web Portal

  1. Choose Web Portal in the Content Source dropdown
  2. Add images:
    1. Drag-and-drop your images into the Upload field
      OR,
    2. Click [Add Content] to add images in the content editor and click [Save]
    3. Repeat steps a and/or b to add more images
  3. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.
Notes:
  1. Content Editor options include image upload (JPG/GIF/PNG/GIF, <30 MB) and an optional title/summary.
  2. All changes in the slide editor are auto-saved.

File Upload (XSLX)

  1. Choose File Upload (XSLX) in the Content Source dropdown
  3. To add images via the XLSX file, add one valid image URL to each row in the Image column (e.g. https://cdn-azureprod.vibe.fyi/.../picture1.jpeg)

  4. Save your XLSX file locally and upload the saved file into the slide editor

  5. When you are ready to go live, add your slide to one or more playlists.

Google Sheets

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_A.xslx

  2. Google Drive - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_A.xslx to your connected Google Drive folder and add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - Choose Google Sheets in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Google Spreadsheet

SharePoint (XSLX)

  1. Vibe Portal - Download the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_A.xslx

  2. SharePoint - Upload the the VIBE-DATA-TEMPLATE_A.xslx to your connected SharePoint folder and  add your data
  3. Vibe Portal - In the slide editor, choose SharePoint (XLSX) in the Content Source dropdown and select your saved Excel file.

  1. Image Transition - Use the options in the Design / Elements tab to add smooth, dynamic transitions and captivate viewers as your fullscreen images cycle through.
  2. Customisable Graphic Text Background - Use the included graphic background or upload your own graphic background to help your captions to stand out onscreen.
    Customisation options include animation, position, text alignment, and margins to achieve the perfect layout, giving you full control over the visual presentation of your content.
  3. Themes - Incorporate your company’s branding elements (logo, colours, devices etc), to ensure that your content remains consistent with your visual identity.
